Overview-L12

L12 is a Tuya cylindrical adjustable intelligent fingerprint smart lock. There are 2 sizes available for selection which depends on your door thickness. It isapplicable to 99% of door types.

Note: Due to logistics constraints, batteries are generally not included in the package.

How to choose the size?

Measurement method: Measure the distance from the center of the Mortise Lock to the Lock panel

30- 45 mm select Type A ; 35-50 mm select Type B

What should I do if the smart door lock runs out of power?

If the door lock is dead, don't panic. There are two ways to unlock it

1. Use a spare metal key to directly unlock the lock

2. Use a power bank to emergency power on to unlock
