Films

1.PE film is soft and high performance after packing, used for high quality packaging.
2.PE film is no pollution after burning
3.PVC film is harder and but cheaper
4.PVC film will produce chlorine(poisonous gas) after burning
5.We provide the PE and PVC film
6.PE film thickness( 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm)
7.PVC film thickness(0.06mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm)

Cardboards

1.If the air permeability of cardboard is too poor, the machine can't pump the air between film and cardboard, it need make some holes on the cardboard
2.If the air permeability of cardboard is good, it needn't make holes on the cardboard
3.We suggest don't laminate the cardboard for the better air permeability
4.We can provide the cardboard according to the customers' detail design, it's better to send us the CorelDraw or adobe illustrator files.
