Cable and Distance Requirements

The entire system operates effectively within a maximum distance of 100 meters. Please ensure to follow the cable requirements for optimal performance. If Cat5 or Cat6 cables are used, the total length should be within 20-30 meters for stable performance.

Fail-Safe Lock: When power is lost, the lock releases to allow the door to open, ensuring accessibility during emergencies.

Fail-Secure Lock: When power is lost, the lock remains locked, maintaining security by preventing unauthorized access.

Note: Our outdoor camera works directly with electric rim locks - no extra power supply needed (see Fig.1). For other lock types, you'll need our power supply module (see in Fig.2).
