After receiving the camera, we recommend that you charge it with a 5V/1A power supply for 6-8 hours before turning it on for use.

Regarding Shipping and Delivery

1. Once your payment is verified, we will ship your order within 48 hours.
2. Delivery information cannot be changed after the item has been shipped. If you need to modify delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours after payment.
3. We typically use “AliExpress Standard Logistics” to ship your package. For orders exceeding 10 items, we will upgrade your shipment to a faster shipping method at no extra cost.
4. If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven't received it, the courier likely signed for it on your behalf. Contact customer service within the AliExpress app; they will provide the courier's contact information.
5. If your package is detained by customs in your country/region, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with customs clearance procedures!

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, which is activated upon receipt. If the product itself is proved to be defective within the warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any incidental, accidental or indirect losses arising from the use of the customer and losses caused by natural disasters.
Warranty products will be carried out in accordance with the following rules:
1. Free replacement within 1 month after receiving the goods.
2. Pay the shipping fee for the warranty product within 2-6 months after receiving the goods.
3. Pay 50% of the price of the warranty product within 7-12 months after receiving the goods.
